Home/Business IT
Houston businesses
Break/fix is a reaction. If you would rather stop reacting, we offer flat-rate IT plans from $99/month — with a help desk your staff can actually reach.
What we cover
Your employees depend on working computers, reliable connections, and access to business information. We keep all three running.
Builds, repairs, imaging and maintenance for the machines your staff work on every day.
Email and shared-resource access, Outlook setup, account provisioning and admin for your office.
Wireless coverage, printers, firewall support and remote connections. SonicWall installation included.
Monitoring and protection, plus account hardening including multifactor authentication setup.
Backup arrangements, recovery priorities and continuity planning — with actual restore tests.
Private on-site LLM servers, custom AI agents and staff training — scoped separately.
Managed IT vs. break/fix
Break/fix bills you when things break. Managed IT bills you predictably and — more usefully — catches the problem before it becomes an outage.
Practical advice
Sync mirrors changes everywhere — including everywhere your users or an attacker can reach. If someone deletes a file, sync deletes it on every machine. A real backup has retention and can be restored to a point in time. Different product, different price, different job.
Most small-business breaches start with a phished login. Multifactor authentication, a sign-in activity review and a written recovery plan do more for your risk than most security software. We set these up and explain what actually changes for your staff.
Protected backups, independent copies, and a restore you have actually attempted. A backup nobody has tested is a belief, not a backup. We plan for the restore, not just the copy.
Computers that cannot access shared files. Email configuration problems. Unreliable printers and network connections. Software issues affecting staff productivity. Adding an employee or replacing a workstation, including account access, applications and equipment setup.
