How to use this site

Three ways to reach us. Pick whichever suits you — all of them end with a person who can actually help.

1. Just walk in

We are at 3512 Travis Street, Houston, TX 77002, with free parking in front, near the HCC/Ensemble METRORail station. Walk-ins are welcome during posted business hours — you do not need an appointment, and the initial evaluation of your problem is free.

Monday to Friday 9–6, Saturday 10–2, closed Sunday.

2. Call us

Call (713) 472-4357. If you are not sure what is wrong, describe the symptoms and we will tell you whether to bring the machine in or whether it needs a scheduled visit. We also answer at (713) 529-2900.

Calling first is especially worthwhile if a drive is clicking, squealing, or repeatedly erroring — power it down and let us make sure the bench is free before you drive it across town.

3. Send a service request

Use the request service form. It needs your name, a phone number, what kind of service it is, how you want to be helped, and a short description of the problem. Your email address is optional, but if you give it you will receive a copy.

The form opens your own email app with everything filled in — nothing you type is stored on this site.

Finding the right service

  • Slow, pop-ups, or browser hijacking → Virus & malware removal, from $99.
  • Cracked screen, spill, or won't power on → Computer repair, screen labor from $125.
  • Missing files or a failing drive → Data recovery. Free evaluation. Stop using the device.
  • The whole office needs help → Business IT, from $99/month.
  • Not sure what it will cost → the full price list is published, including all terms.

What to bring

  • The computer itself, and its power adapter.
  • Your password, or at least enough information to prove you own it.
  • A clear description of when the problem started and what changed just before it.
  • If you already know which files matter, tell us now. Reinstalling Windows can remove them.

One thing to know before you come

If a hard drive appears to be failing, protecting your data comes before any repair or speed-up. Repeated testing can make recovery harder. Bring it in rather than trying to fix it yourself — the evaluation is free either way.

Accessibility

This site is built to be usable with a keyboard, a screen reader, and reduced-motion settings. If something does not work for you, please call us on (713) 472-4357 and we will simply handle it by phone instead.
