The Free Limited Diagnostic includes an initial evaluation of the reported problem. Extensive testing, disassembly, data recovery evaluation, or on-site service may require a paid diagnostic with your approval.

The $99 pickup service is available inside Beltway 8 and includes pickup, diagnosis and return delivery. Repair work is additional and requires approval.
